History has been made by Holger Rune! The Paris Masters champion becomes the first Danish man to ever officially rank inside the ATP’s top-10, thanks to his tremendous title run in Bercy, but he wasn’t the only one moving to a career-high inside the top-10. Scroll down for more details…

Rune rising

The 19-year-old Dane joins the top-10 (+8 to No 10), which means that Monday marks the first time that two teenagers have occupied the ATP’s top-10 since Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray in May of 2007. Rune checks in at No 10 – a cool 93 spots higher than where he started his season (at 103) in January.

Auger-Aliassime up to No 6, a new career-high

It is a well-deserved career-high for Canada’s Felix Auger-Aliassime. The 22-year-old had his 16-match winning streak broken by Rune in Paris in the semi-finals, but he still rises two spots to claim another career-high ranking at No 6.

Auger-Aliassime heads to the ATP Finals in Turin with an impressive 56-25 record and four titles to his name in 2022.

Tsitsipas returns to No 3

Greece’s Stefanos Tsitsipas is in position to make a longshot run at No 1 after a solid week in Bercy. He reached the semis before falling to Novak Djokovic in a tight battle. He jumps two spots to No 3 and is 1470 points behind No 1 Alcaraz in the Race.

If Tsitsipas can find a way to run the table at the ATP Finals, he would finish the season at No 1.

Moutet closing in on top-50

It was a solid week for France’s Corentin Moutet, who jumps 13 spots to a career-high No 51 thanks to a round of 16 performance at Paris that featured wins over Borna Coric and Cameron Norrie. It has been an impressive two-month period for Moutet. He entered the US Open at 112 in the world, and reached the round of 16 as a lucky loser to spark his rise.

Australia’s Christopher O’Connell is the biggest riser inside the ATP’s top-100. The 28-year-old Aussie won the Yokohama challenger to rise to a career-high ranking of 84 – a jump of 18 spots.
