Tel Aviv Open: Safiullin moves into second round
Roman Safiullin won against Hugo Grenier 3-6, 6-4, 6-2 on Monday. He’ll face the winner of the match between Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry and Russian Aslan Karatsev, the No 6 seed, in the next round

Russian Roman Safiullin defeated Frenchman Hugo Grenier 3-6, 6-4, 6-2 to advance to the second round of the Tel Aviv Open at Expo Tel Aviv on Monday afternoon.
Safiullin, ranked No 104, will play the winner of the match between Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry and Russian Aslan Karatsev, the No 6 seed, next.
