Andy Murray, the first man to win back to back Olympic gold tennis medals (2012, 2016) has arrived in Tokyo for the Games. Former world No 1 Murray will be looking to add another medal to the two golds already in his collection.

The first came nine years ago on an emotional day on Centre Court at Wimbledon. Five years ago, the Scot did it again by winning the singles gold in Rio de Janeiro with an epic win over Juan Martin Del Potro.

The beard is a new look for Murray but he will be hoping to relive past glories as he goes for gold once more, which would be a remarkable achievement, two and a half years after he left hospital with a metal right hip. His last outing came at Wimbledon where he lost to Denis Shapovalov in the third round.

The tennis in Tokyo begins on July 24 and the winner will be crowned on August 1.
