The former British No 1 dismissed his Argentinian opponent in straight sets

Former British No 1 Dan Evans won against Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo 7-6 [3], 6-4, 6-4 to move into the second round of Roland-Garros on Monday afternoon.
Evans, ranked No 32 and seeded 29th in Paris, will face the winner of the next match between Swede Mikael Ymer and Australian James Duckworth next.
