Slovak Alex Molcan moved into the second round of the Banja Luka Open by beating Japanese Taro Daniel 3-6, 7-5, 6-1 at the Tennis Klub Mladost on Monday afternoon.
Molcan, ranked No 73, will play Australian Alexei Popyrin next.
