Generali Open: Molcan into second round, plays Ofner next
The Slovak defeated Luca Van Assche 6-4, 6-3 to move into the second round

Slovak Alex Molcan defeated French teen Luca Van Assche 6-4, 6-3 to advance to the second round of the Generali Open at Kitzbühel Tennis Club in Kitzbuhel on Monday.
Molcan, ranked No 120 and now coached by Novak Djokovic‘s former coach Marian Vajda, will play No 4 seed Sebastian Ofner next.
Molcan improved to 29-16 on clay on the tour with this victory. The Slovak is playing the Kitzbuhel event for the first time in his career.
