Ukrainian Dayana Yastremska, the No 8 seed, defeated Belgian Greet Minnen, the No 4 seed, 2-6, 6-1, 6-3 to win the Polish Open trophy on Saturday afternoon.
It is her first title in four years, and fourth overall, along with Hua Hin 2019, Strasbourg 2019, and Hong Kong 2018.
Yastremska, ranked No 149, beat Uzbek Nigina Abduraimova (7-5, 7-6 (5)), Colombian Emiliana Arango (6-3, 6-2), No 3 seed Tereza Martincova (6-7 (3), 6-2, 6-0) and Zeynep Sonmez (7-6 (2), 6-4) ahead of her victory.
Earlier in the tournament, Minnen, ranked No 113, beat Croat Petra Marcinko (6-1, 6-0), Swiss Susan Bandecchi (6-2, 6-2), German Eva Lys, the No 9 seed (6-0, 7-6 (4)) and Pole wildcard Maja Chwalinska (6-4, 6-3).
