Romanian Irina Bara defeated Italian qualifier Camilla Rosatello 7-5, 6-1 to move into the last 16 of the Tiriac Foundation Trophy on Tuesday.
Bara, ranked No 185, will face Latvian Darja Semenistaja, the No 8 seed, next.
