Florianopolis Open: Shnaider moves into second round

Russian Diana Shnaider, the second seed, advanced to the second round of the Florianopolis Open by winning against American qualifier Jamie Loeb 6-2, 6-0 on Monday.
Shnaider, ranked No 65, will face the winner of the match between Brazilian wildcard Carolina M. Alves and Frenchwoman Carole Monnet next.
