Serb Dusan Lajovic reached the second round of the Adelaide Open by edging out Australian wildcard Thanasi Kokkinakis 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 at the Memorial Drive Tennis Centre on Monday.
Lajovic, ranked No 52, will play the winner of the match between No 7 seed Jiri Lehecka and Australian qualifier Adam Walton next.
