American Michael Mmoh beat Frenchman Benjamin Bonzi 6-3, 7-5 to move into the second round of the Montpellier Open at the Sud de France Arena.
Mmoh, ranked No 133, will play the winner of the match between qualifier Antoine Escoffier and No 7 seed Alexandre Muller next.
