Qualifier Katerina Siniakova won against American Emma Navarro 6-4, 6-3 to reach the last 16 of the Berlin Open at Rot-Weiss Tennis Club.
Siniakova, ranked No 30, will face the winner of the match between Japanese wildcard Naomi Osaka and Chinese Qinwen Zheng, the No 6 seed, next.
