Guangzhou Open: Danilovic reaches final
Olga Danilovic benefited from the abandonment of Katerina Siniakova on Saturday and will play either Lucia Bronzetti or Caroline Dolehide for the title

Serbian Olga Danilovic reached the final of the Guangzhou Open when top seed Katerina Siniakova retired at the Nansha International Tennis Center on Saturday. Danilovic, ranked No 86, led 4-6, 6-4, 4-3 when Siniakova, ranked No 48, pulled out.
The Serbian will play the winner of the match between Italian Lucia Bronzetti and American qualifier Caroline Dolehide next.
Olga Danilovic won against Russian Erika Andreeva (6-4, 6-4), Frenchwoman Diane Parry, the No 5 seed (6-1, 6-0) and Thai qualifier Mananchaya Sawangkaew (6-4, 6-4) in the previous rounds of the Guangzhou tournament.
Earlier in the tournament, Katerina Siniakova beat Croat qualifier Petra Martic (6-2, 6-1), American lucky loser Alycia Parks (6-1, 6-4) and American Bernarda Pera (6-4, 7-5).
