Hong Kong Open: Munar upsets fifth seed Borges to make last eight
The Spaniard will play the winner of the match between Canadian qualifier Gabriel Diallo and Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the second seed, in the next round

Spaniard Jaume Munar reached the quarter-finals of the Hong Kong Open by winning against Portuguese Nuno Borges, the No 5 seed, 6-3, 7-5 at the Victoria Park Tennis Centre on Thursday.
Munar, ranked No 62, will play the winner of the match between Canadian qualifier Gabriel Diallo and Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the second seed, next.
The Spaniard beat Alejandro Davidovich Fokina (4-6, 6-3, 6-3) in the previous round of the tournament.
In the first round, Borges, ranked No 36, edged out Chinese Yunchaokete Bu (3-6, 6-3, 7-6 (6)).
