Qatar Open: Lehecka advances to last eight

Jiri Lehecka won against Hungarian Fabian Marozsan 6-4, 6-2 to advance to the last eight of the Qatar Open at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha on Wednesday.
Lehecka, ranked No 25, will play the winner of the match between Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, the top seed, and Italian qualifier Luca Nardi next.
In the previous round of the Doha tournament, Jiri Lehecka beat Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, the No 7 seed (6-4, 6-4).
Marozsan, ranked No 57, won against Tunisian wildcard Aziz Dougaz (7-5, 6-3) in the previous round of the Doha tournament.
