Kenin sets second-round blockbuster against Gauff

American Sofia Kenin advanced to the second round of the Miami Open by winning against wildcard Petra Kvitova 6-4, 7-5 at the Hard Rock Stadium on Tuesday evening.

Kenin, ranked No 46, will face No 3 seed Coco Gauff next. The pair share a 2-2 head-to-head, with the 2020 Australian Open champion handing Gauff the first-round exit at Wimbledon 2023 that sparked her rise to the top of the game.
