Andorran Victoria Jimenez Kasintseva won against Slovak Veronika Erjavec 6-4, 6-3 to move into the final of the Megasaray Hotels Open 2.
Jimenez Kasintseva, ranked No 151, will face Serb Olga Danilovic, the top seed, next.
Ahead of her victory, the 19-year-old Andorran beat wildcard Cagla Buyukakcay (6-3, 6-3), Austrian qualifier Sinja Kraus (6-0, 0-6, 7-6 (4)) and Spaniard Jessica Bouzas Maneiro, the second seed (6-4, 7-5).
Erjavec, ranked No 154, won against Swiss Jil Teichmann, the No 4 seed (6-2, 6-4), Chinese Xinyu Gao (7-5, 7-6 (5)) and Argentinian Maria Lourdes Carle, the No 5 seed (1-6, 7-6 (8), 6-2) earlier in the tournament.
