Rome Masters: Kopriva shocks Baez to make third round
Vit Kopriva edged out Sebastian Baez 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 on Friday afternoon. He’ll play the winner of the match between No 5 seed Jack Draper and Italian Luciano Darderi in the next round

Qualifier Vit Kopriva advanced to the third round of the Rome Masters by edging out Argentinian Sebastian Baez, the No 32 seed, 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 at the Foro Italico on Friday afternoon.
Kopriva, ranked No 92, will play the winner of the match between No 5 seed Jack Draper and Italian Luciano Darderi next.
Vit Kopriva won against Frenchman Quentin Halys (6-4, 6-3) in the previous round of the Italian Open.
