Berlin Open: Vondrousova sweeps past Jabeur to book spot in last four
Marketa Vondrousova won against Ons Jabeur 6-4, 6-1 and will face Aryna Sabalenka, the top seed, or Kazakh Elena Rybakina in the next round

Marketa Vondrousova defeated Tunisian lucky loser Ons Jabeur 6-4, 6-1 to advance to the semi-finals of the Berlin Open at the Rot-Weiss Tennis Club.
Vondrousova, ranked No 164, will face the winner of the match between Belarusian Aryna Sabalenka, the top seed, and Kazakh Elena Rybakina next.
Marketa Vondrousova won against American Madison Keys, the No 7 seed (7-5, 7-6 (6)) and Russian Diana Shnaider (6-3, 6-7 (3), 6-3) ahead of her victory.
Earlier in the tournament, Jabeur, ranked No 61, beat American qualifier Caroline Dolehide (7-6 (5), 6-1) and Italian Jasmine Paolini, the No 4 seed (6-1, 6-3).
