Belgrade Open: Muller books spot in quarter-finals
Alexandre Muller edged out Tomas Martin Etcheverry 6-7 (2), 7-6 (4), 7-6 (3) on Wednesday afternoon and will face the winner of the match between Swiss wildcard Stan Wawrinka and Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the second seed, in the next round

Frenchman Alexandre Muller, the No 5 seed, edged out Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry 6-7 (2), 7-6 (4), 7-6 (3) to move into the quarter-finals of the Belgrade Open at the Belgrade Arena on Wednesday.
Muller, ranked No 43, will face Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the second seed, next.
The Frenchman edged out German qualifier Jan-Lennard Struff (6-3, 2-6, 7-6 (6)) in the previous round of the Belgrade tournament.
