A fantastic summer on the grass continues for veteran German Oscar Otte.
After reaching back-to-back semi-finals on home soil at Stuttgart and Halle, the 28-year-old has crossed borders but is playing the same solid tennis.
No 32 seed Oscar Otte won against compatriot Peter Gojowczyk 6-1, 6-2, 6-1 to advance to the second round of Wimbledon in London on Monday evening.
Otte, ranked No 36, will play the winner of the match between wildcard Jay Clarke and American qualifier Christian Harrison next.
