Serb qualifier Olga Danilovic moved into the second round of the Lausanne Open by beating Japanese Misaki Doi 6-3, 6-3 at Tennis Club du Stade-Lausanne on Tuesday.

Danilovic, ranked No 124, will play Russian Anna Kalinskaya next.
