Frenchman Lestienne edges Cressy to make semis in Tel Aviv, plays Cilic next
Constant Lestienne edged out Maxime Cressy 6-7 (4), 6-3, 7-6 (3) on Friday and will play Croat Marin Čilić, the second seed, in the next round

Frenchman Constant Lestienne upset American Maxime Cressy, the No 4 seed, 6-7 (4), 6-3, 7-6 (3) to book his place in the the semi-finals of the Tel Aviv Open by edging out at Expo Tel Aviv on Friday.
Lestienne, ranked No 68, will face Croat Marin Čilić, the second seed, next.
The Frenchman beat No 7 seed Adrian Mannarino (7-6 (2), 6-4) and Finn Emil Ruusuvuori (6-4, 6-2) ahead of his victory.
In the previous round, Cressy, ranked No 34, won against Sebastian Korda (6-4, 6-4).
