Florence Open: Bublik advances to the quarter-finals, defeating Moutet
Alexander Bublik beat Corentin Moutet 7-5, 6-4 on Wednesday night and will face J.J. Wolf in the next round

Kazakh Alexander Bublik, the No 7 seed, defeated Frenchman Corentin Moutet 7-5, 6-4 to advance to the last eight of the Florence Open at the Palazzo Wanny on Wednesday night.
Bublik, ranked No 43, will play J.J. Wolf next.
The Kazakh won against Chilean Cristian Garin (7-5, 6-2) ahead of his victory. Moutet, ranked No 69, edged out Italian qualifier Flavio Cobolli saving two match points (4-6, 7-5, 6-4).
