Cordoba Open: Ramos-Vinolas reaches quarter-finals
Albert Ramos-Vinolas defeated Dusan Lajovic 6-4, 2-6, 6-2 on Thursday evening and will face Portuguese João Sousa in the next round

Spaniard Albert Ramos-Vinolas, the No 3 seed, won against Serb Dusan Lajovic 6-4, 2-6, 6-2 to move into the quarter-finals of the Cordoba Open at the Estadio Mario Alberto Kempes on Thursday.
Ramos-Vinolas, ranked No 54, will play Portuguese João Sousa next.
In the previous round of the Cordoba tournament, Lajovic, ranked No 89, beat Peruvian Juan Pablo Varillas (7-6 (3), 6-3).
