Barcelona Open: Sinner gets past Schwartzman, reaches last 16

Italian Jannik Sinner, the No 4 seed, moved into the last 16 of the Barcelona Open by winning against Argentinian Diego Schwartzman 6-2, 6-4 at Real Club de Tenis Barcelona on Wednesday.
Sinner, ranked No 8, will play Japanese Yoshihito Nishioka, the No 16 seed, next.
Schwartzman, ranked No 48, beat Chinese Yibing Wu (6-2, 6-2) in the previous round of the Barcelona tournament.
