Eastbourne Open: Fourth seed Cerundolo advances to last four

Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo, the No 4 seed, beat Chinese Zhizhen Zhang 6-2, 6-3 to advance to the semi-finals of the Eastbourne Open at the Devonshire Park LAwn Tennis Club on Thursday.
Cerundolo, ranked No 19, will play the winner of the match between American Mackenzie McDonald and Swede Mikael Ymer next.
The Argentinian won against Swiss qualifier Marc-Andrea Huesler (7-6 (2), 7-6 (5)) in the previous round of the Eastbourne tournament.

In the previous rounds of the Eastbourne tournament, Zhang, ranked No 54, defeated Italian Lorenzo Sonego, the No 7 seed (7-6 (4), 6-3) and edged out American Maxime Cressy (3-6, 7-5, 6-4).
