Jaume Munar moved into the second round of the Croatia Open by winning against No 8 seed Albert Ramos-Vinolas 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 at the ITC Stella Maris in Umag.
Munar, ranked No 104, will face Hungarian Fabian Marozsan next.
