China Open: Kostyuk upends Jabeur to reach last 16
Marta Kostyuk defeated Ons Jabeur 7-6 (5), 6-1 on Tuesday night and will play Russian Liudmila Samsonova in the next round

Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk ended Ons Jabeur‘s six-match win streak as she beat the No 7 seed 7-6 (5), 6-1 on Tuesday to reach the last 16 of the China Open.
Kostyuk, ranked No 44, will play Russian Liudmila Samsonova next.
The 21-year-old Ukrainian edged out Italian Elisabetta Cocciaretto (1-6, 6-3, 6-4) in the previous round.
In the 64, Jabeur, ranked No 7, defeated American qualifier Ashlyn Krueger (6-3, 6-4).
