Hungarian Fabian Marozsan edged out Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 (4) to advance to the last eight of the Sofia Open.
Marozsan, ranked No 62, will play German Jan-Lennard Struff, the No 3 seed, next.
Ahead of his victory, the Hungarian won against Zsombor Piros (6-3, 6-1).
Bautista Agut, ranked No 60, edged out Serb Miomir Kecmanovic, the No 9 seed (7-6 (9), 6-7 (2), 7-6 (5)) in the previous round.
