Sofia Open: Kotov upsets Fucsovics to make last four
Pavel Kotov won against Marton Fucsovics 6-3, 7-6 (3) on Thursday evening and will face Frenchman Adrian Mannarino, the second seed, in the next round

Russian Pavel Kotov beat Hungarian Marton Fucsovics, the No 8 seed, 6-3, 7-6 (3) to reach the last four of the Sofia Open on Thursday evening.
Kotov, ranked No 80, will face Frenchman Adrian Mannarino, the second seed, next.
The Russian won against Bulgarian wildcard Alexandar Lazarov (3-6, 6-1, 6-2) and Argentinian Sebastian Baez, the No 4 seed (3-6, 7-6 (4), 0-0 ret.) ahead of his victory.
Earlier in the tournament, Fucsovics, ranked No 47, won against French qualifier Terence Atmane (7-6 (4), 6-3) and Austrian Jurij Rodionov (3-6, 6-4, 6-1).
