Angers Open: Second seed Burel advances to final

Frenchwoman Clara Burel, the second seed, beat Ukrainian Dayana Yastremska, the No 6 seed, 6-7 (3), 6-3, 6-2 to move into the final of the Angers Open at the Arena Loire de Trélazé on Saturday evening.
Burel, ranked No 60, will play Frenchwoman Chloe Paquet next.
The 22-year-old Frenchman won against Elsa Jacquemot (6-4, 6-4), German Mona Barthel (6-2, 7-6 (5)) and Russian Erika Andreeva (7-6 (5), 2-6, 6-3) earlier in the tournament.
In the previous rounds of the Angers tournament, Yastremska, ranked No 106, defeated French wildcard Tiphanie Lemaitre (2-6, 6-2, 6-4), Cypriot Raluka Serban (6-4, 6-3) and American Mccartney Kessler (5-7, 6-3, 7-6 (9)).
