Federer celebrates 20th anniversary of his charity foundation
The Swiss legend took to social media to thank everyone who has supported their efforts for the last two decades

Swiss tennis legend Roger Federer celebrated the 20th anniversary of his eponymous charity foundation on Sunday.
The Roger Federer Foundation is focused on helping promote children living in poverty in the African region and providing education to children in Africa and Switzerland.
On Sunday, Federer took to social media to mark the occasion, saying, “Today is the @rogerfedererfdn’s 20th anniversary! A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past two decades. We wouldn’t have been able to impact the lives of so many children without you.”
Federer’s message was accompanied by a two-and-a-half-minute video which showcases the efforts and visits to several countries and the children in those regions have benefitted.
The Foundation’s own social media account also acknowledged the occasion and thank Federer for all his support. “We thank our founder and President to all the passion, commitment and dedication he devoted to the Roger Federer Foundation and its mission to promote children living in poverty. Embarking with full energy into the next decade.”
