Burel upsets Pegula in Australian Open second round
Jessica Pegula is out of the Australian Open in the second round, beaten by Clara Burel on Thursday. Burel will face Oceane Dodin in the last 32.

Frenchwoman Clara Burel reached the third round of the Australian Open by upsetting American Jessica Pegula, the No 5 seed, 6-4, 6-2 at Melbourne Park on Thursday.
Burel, ranked No 51, will play compatriot Oceane Dodin next.
Ahead of her victory, the 22-year-old defeated Serb Aleksandra Krunic (6-4, 6-1). Pegula, ranked No 5, eased past Canadian qualifier Rebecca Marino (6-2, 6-4) in the previous round.
