Miami Masters: Hurkacz through to third round
Hubert Hurkacz defeated Alexander Shevchenko 6-4, 6-7 (2), 6-3 on Saturday night. He’ll play the winner of the match between American Sebastian Korda, the No 28 seed, and Spanish qualifier Roberto Bautista Agut in the next round

Pole Hubert Hurkacz, the No 8 seed, beat Kazakh Alexander Shevchenko 6-4, 6-7 (2), 6-3 to reach the third round of the Miami Masters at the Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday night.
Hurkacz, ranked No 9, will face the winner of the match between American Sebastian Korda, the No 28 seed, and Spanish qualifier Roberto Bautista Agut next.
In the previous round of the Miami Open, Shevchenko, ranked No 58, edged out Colombian Daniel Elahi Galan (6-7 (4), 7-6 (4), 7-5).
