Argentinian Camilo Ugo Carabelli advanced to the second round of the Croatia Open by beating Croat wildcard Luka Mikrut 6-2, 7-5 at the ITC Stella Maris in Umag on Sunday evening.
Ugo Carabelli, ranked No 96, will play top seed Andrey Rublev next.
