Atlanta Open: Karatsev eases past Harris to move into second round

Russian Aslan Karatsev won against qualifier Billy Harris 6-2, 6-2 to move into the second round of the Atlanta Open at the Atlanta Athletic Club.

Karatsev, ranked No 107, will play No 3 seed Frances Tiafoe next.
