Carreno Busta cruises into Winston-Salem third round
Pablo Carreno Busta crushed Alexander Shevchenko in straight sets on Tuesday in Winston-Salem. He’ll face Australian Aleksandar Vukic for a spot in the quarter-finals.

Wild card Pablo Carreno Busta defeated Kazakh Alexander Shevchenko, the No 13 seed, 6-2, 6-2 to move into the last 16 of the Winston-Salem Open at the Wake Forest Tennis Complex on Tuesday evening.
Carreno Busta, ranked No 300, will face Australian Aleksandar Vukic next.
Ahead of his victory, the 33-year-old Spaniard made quick work of qualifier Omni Kumar (6-2, 6-0).
