European Open: Lehecka shocks Tsitsipas to reach semis
Jiri Lehecka defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-4, 6-4 on Friday evening and will play the winner of the match between American Marcos Giron, the No 8 seed, and Belgian Zizou Bergs in the next round

No 5 seed Jiri Lehecka won against Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas, the second seed, 6-4, 6-4 to advance to the last 4 of the European Open at the Lotto Arena in Antwerp on Friday evening.
Lehecka, ranked No 33, will play the winner of the match between American Marcos Giron, the No 8 seed, and Belgian Zizou Bergs next.
Ahead of his victory, Jiri Lehecka beat Spaniard Jaume Munar (6-1, 6-4) and German Daniel Altmaier (6-4, 6-3).
Tsitsipas, ranked No 11, edged out Brazilian qualifier Thiago Seyboth Wild (7-6 (5), 4-6, 7-5) in the previous round of the Antwerp Open.
