Second seed Madison Keys advanced to the last 16 of the Charleston Open by winning against Caroline Dolehide 6-3, 7-6 (4) at the Family Circle Tennis Center on Tuesday.
Keys, ranked No 5, will face the winner of the match between Russian Anna Kalinskaya, the No 14 seed, and American qualifier Catherine McNally next.
Dolehide, ranked No 73, defeated Italian Elisabetta Cocciaretto (6-4, 6-1) in the previous round of the Charleston tournament.
