Swiss Viktorija Golubic, the No 7 seed, reached the last 16 of the L’Open 35 de Saint Malo by winning against Frenchwoman Selena Janicijevic 7-6 (3), 7-5 on Monday.
Golubic, ranked No 92, will face the winner of the match between Spaniard Nuria Parrizas Diaz and Frenchwoman Chloe Paquet next.
