Belarusian Aliaksandra Sasnovich defeated French wildcard Julie Belgraver 6-4, 6-2 to move into the last four of the Trophée Clarins on Friday evening.
Sasnovich, ranked No 99, will play Frenchwoman Chloe Paquet next.
Earlier in the tournament, the Belarusian won against Argentinian Maria Lourdes Carle (6-4, 6-2) and No 7 seed Katerina Siniakova (W/O).
Belgraver, ranked No 365, edged out New Zealander Lulu Sun, the No 3 seed (6-4, 1-6, 7-6 (4)) and Argentinian Solana Sierra (7-6 (4), 6-7 (3), 7-6 (5)) in the previous rounds.
