Russian Anna Kalinskaya beat Dutch lucky loser Suzan Lamens 6-3, 6-1 to reach the second round of the Tokyo Open at the Ariake Coliseum on Monday night.
Kalinskaya, ranked No 31, will play the winner of the match between Russian Diana Shnaider, the No 7 seed, and Ukrainian Dayana Yastremska next.
