Top seed Viktorija Golubic and Ukrainian Daria Snigur will face off in the final of the Oeiras 2 Jamor Indoor on Sunday, after both secured hard-fought semifinal victories on the Portuguese hard courts.

Golubic, the world No. 88, survived a spirited challenge from Serbian teenager Teodora Kostovic to win 7-5, 1-6, 6-2. The 33-year-old Swiss veteran utilized her signature one-handed backhand to navigate a high-quality opening set before Kostovic, ranked No. 171, surged back with aggressive baseline play to dominate the second.

However, Golubic’s experience proved decisive in the decider as she broke the 18-year-old twice to reach her first final of the 2026 season. Golubic’s path to the championship match has been a test of stamina, including a three-set battle against American Fiona Crawley earlier in the week.

In the second semifinal, Daria Snigur continued her near-perfect run in Oeiras by defeating third seed Suzan Lamens 6-3, 6-3. Snigur, ranked No. 133, dismantled the Dutchwoman in just 78 minutes, maintaining her record of not dropping a set all week. The 23-year-old Ukrainian has been in devastating form, having surrendered only 11 games across her previous three matches, including lopsided victories over Sinja Kraus (6-1, 6-0) and Viktoria Hruncakova (6-1, 6-1).

The final marks the first professional meeting between Golubic and Snigur on indoor hard courts. While Golubic brings veteran stability and variety, Snigur’s clinical efficiency and flat groundstrokes have made her the form player of the tournament.
