Baez advances to Cordoba quarter-finals
Sebastian Baez edged out Hugo Dellien 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 on Friday evening. He’ll face the winner of the match between lucky loser Thiago Agustin Tirante and Facundo Diaz Acosta in the next round.

Argentinian Sebastian Baez, the second seed, edged out Hugo Dellien 4-6, 6-3, 6-4 to advance to the last eight of the Cordoba Open at the Estadio Mario Alberto Kempes on Friday evening.
Baez, ranked No 26, will play the winner of the match between lucky loser Thiago Agustin Tirante and Facundo Diaz Acosta next.
In the previous round of the Cordoba tournament, Dellien, ranked No 112, beat Brazilian Thiago Seyboth Wild (6-4, 2-6, 6-3).
