Russian qualifier Pavel Kotov moved into the second round of the Barcelona Open by winning against Ukrainian qualifier Oleksii Krutykh 6-7 (5), 6-4, 6-1 at Real Club de Tenis Barcelona on Monday.
Kotov, ranked No 108, will play No 7 seed Cameron Norrie next.
