Rublev rounds out semi-finals in Bastad

Russian Andrey Rublev, the second seed, defeated Serb Laslo Djere 7-5, 6-4 to move into the last four of the Nordea Open at the Båstads tennisstadion in Bastad on Friday evening.
Rublev, ranked No 8, will play Argentinian Sebastian Baez, the No 8 seed, next. The 24-year-old improves to 31-9 on the season, and remains a perfect 10-0 at 250-level tournaments this season.
Ahead of his victory, the Russian edged out Argentinian Federico Coria (7-5, 4-6, 7-6 (2)).
Djere, ranked No 53, won against Italian wildcard Lorenzo Musetti (6-3, 7-5) and Swiss qualifier Marc-Andrea Huesler (7-5, 6-2) in the previous rounds of the Bastad.
