No 6 seed J.J. Wolf beat qualifier Brandon Holt 6-3, 6-3 to reach the second round of the Dallas Open at the Styslinger/Altec Tennis Complex on Tuesday.
Wolf, ranked No 43, will face the winner of the match between Radu Albot and American wildcard Liam Krall next.
