Alert – Hamburg Open: Cobolli wins the title

Italian Flavio Cobolli lifted the Hamburg Open trophy by beating Russian Andrey Rublev, the No 3 seed, 6-2, 6-4 at Tennis Stadion on Saturday.
Cobolli, ranked No 35, defeated Ukrainian lucky loser Vitaliy Sachko (5-7, 6-2, 6-2), Spaniard Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, the No 5 seed (6-4, 7-5), Spaniard Roberto Bautista Agut (7-6 (4), 6-0) and Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry (2-6, 7-5, 6-4) ahead of his victory.
Earlier in the tournament, Rublev, ranked No 17, beat Bosnian Damir Dzumhur (6-4, 6-3), German wildcard Justin Engel (6-3, 7-5), Italian Luciano Darderi (6-1, 3-6, 6-3) and Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, the No 6 seed (6-1, 6-4).
