Jaume Munar advanced to the second round of the Hong Kong Open by winning against Alejandro Davidovich Fokina 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 at the Victoria Park Tennis Centre on Tuesday.
Munar, ranked No 62, will play Portuguese Nuno Borges, the No 5 seed, next.
